OVERALL FUNCTION

This full-time role is responsible for talent acquisition efforts with the Northwestern Mutual Lancaster

office and is key to executing our recruiting strategy. The process includes sourcing, recruiting, and

selecting full-time advisors and college interns, while continuously enhancing our processes.

In this role, you would be expected to build quality relationships while promoting the Northwestern

Mutual career opportunity, generating candidate referrals, and helping to develop leaders. Creativity,

exceptional communication skills and the drive to achieve results are critical in this position.

QUALIFICATIONS

Recent Graduate with two to three years professional work experience ideal

Strong personal network and/or community involvement

Ability to work in a highly collaborative and interdependent team setting

Disciplined, ambitious, and motivated by results

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
