Dutchland, LLC is seeking a Site Procurement Manager to execute procurement operations that build value-driven supplier partnerships focusing on cost, delivery, and quality. Additionally, the Site Procurement Manager will coordinate with internal stakeholders to measure and evaluate supplier performance and contribute to strategic initiatives that advance the overall success of the corporate procurement team. The ability to learn, improve processes, and implement efficiencies is essential to the role. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who possesses the ability to work collaboratively across various locations to drive results.

Site Procurement Manager Position Qualifications:

• A minimum of four years of procurement experience within a manufacturing, construction or related industry, required; Experience within a multi-site manufacturing organization, a plus
• Sourcing experience from cement and aggregates categories, a plus
• Proficiency with technology, including MS Office (specifically Excel) and ERP Systems, essential
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related technical field, desired
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred
