J-Tech is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across all manufacturing functions, including production, engineering, and R&D. This role is responsible for building and developing a high-performing team, establishing strong operational systems, and driving continuous improvement to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability. Additionally, the Senior Operations Manager will help define and achieve key performance objectives while fostering collaboration across departments to support growth. With a holistic view of the business, this leader will champion a culture of safety, accountability, and customer focus. The Senior Operations Manager plays a critical role in strengthening the organization’s intentional culture, while positioning J-Tech for continued innovation and long-term success.

Senior Operations Manager position qualifications:

- A minimum of seven (7) years in manufacturing or related industry, required; within transportation and/or custom manufacturing, a plus

- Experience of successfully leading teams and overseeing a department/organization

- Demonstrated business and financial acumen

- Proficiency with technology, required; with ERP and engineering software (SOLIDWORKS^® CAD), preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential

- Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred
