WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE OF A SALES ASSOCIATE AT KITCHEN KETTLE VILLAGE?
Burnley Enterprises Sales and Customer Service associate ensures the store’s success by utilizing BE’s 10 Non-Negotiables. He/she is willing to perform all essential functions, engage and maintain customer relationships, and develop product knowledge for the vendors carried in the store.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Greet Guests
• Follow 10 non-negotiables
• Sell and offer complimentary items
• Product knowledge
• Attend staff meetings and training
• Stock/display merchandise
• Price merchandise
• Party planning/feedback
• Maintain customer book/personal customer contact
• Cash handling
• Dust, sweep/vacuum, clean glass, trash
• Available to work Saturdays and holidays as needed
• Report product damage to Manager
• E-mail as necessary
• Opening/closing procedures if required
• Assist with inventory
• Ability to comprehend and execute written and oral direction
• Other duties as assigned
