What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Director of Sales and Merchandising.
- Prepare communications, meeting materials, reports, presentations, and other resources.
- Track projects, deadlines, action items, and follow up with store managers on priorities.
- Support special projects and company initiatives through research, calculations, information gathering, and coordination.
- Process and organize reimbursements, petty cash, maintenance requests, records, and other administrative items.
- Assist with employee scheduling, including templates, weekly schedules, time-off requests, PTO calendars, and coverage needs.
- Support day-to-day retail operations and store-level initiatives across retail locations.
- Assist with merchandising and cleanliness audits, store measurements, sales-per-square-foot calculations, and planograms.
- Help implement merchandising plans, product placement, store standards, and follow-up priorities.
- Support store managers and retail teams with resources, employee recognition, operational priorities, and initiatives that contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
- All other related duties as required or assigned
