Special Olympics Pennsylvania (SOPA) - Capital Area Region (Central PA) is searching for a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and making a tangible impact.  The Regional Development Director will collaborate closely with the Regional Executive Director to spearhead fundraising initiatives, cultivate strategic partnerships, and elevate our organization's presence in the Capital Area Region (including Lancaster!). 

This position will operate within and oversee all geographic area fundraising and marketing activities within the newly formed Region 7 area including Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Mifflin/Juniata, Perry and York Counties.
