US Director of Human Resources

Clair Global, a premier, national employer headquartered in Lancaster County seeks an energetic, experienced, possibilities thinking, emotionally mature and intelligent US Director of Human Resources who is willing to contribute significantly and strategically to the Team as they serve clients with extraordinary creativity, ingenuity, and an unwavering commitment to service, to every project and product. The role provides HR leadership and management to the continental United States.


This very exciting opportunity requires strategic and visionary leadership and management experience, excellent communication skills, strong critical thinking, analytical and reasoning capabilities with accounting and finance literacy. The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop and manage a diverse team, a robust understanding of total rewards and employee benefits management, with specific experience with self-funded benefits plans and claims administration, and knowledge and understanding of local, state, and federal employment and safety laws.


US Director of Human Resources responsibilities include:

• Leadership/Management and Executive Level Culture and Team Engagement

• Human Resources Department Leadership/Management

• Talent Acquisition and Development Management and Oversight

• Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Management and Oversight

• Employee Benefits Administration Management and Oversight

• Legal and Compliance Management (Local, State and Federal Levels)

• Human Resources Company Policy Creation, Management and Implementation

• Risk Management and Safety Support

• Business Partner Relationship Representation and Management

• Merger/Acquisition Process Support

• Business, Strategic and Succession Planning Support

• Human Resources Administration / Data Analysis, Reporting and Management


This inspiring, curious, self-motivated Team Member will, with wisdom and courage, demonstrate flexibility and adaptability and lead the organization by example in their collaboration and consensus building, leading to higher, more effective levels of creativity and efficiency across all locations and teams.


The role is full-time, onsite with travel expectations (10-15%) to locations across the United States. Required experience includes: 10+ years of experience in Human Resources leadership at the Director/Manager level, 5+ years of experience in team development, employee benefits/Total Rewards management, self-funded benefits plan administration, partner relationship management, risk management, safety, and compliance management, and familiarity with California Labor Law. Community service involvement and volunteerism with a demonstration and commitment to focus on others is highly preferred.
