Position & Requirements:

Responsible for sales growth, account management, lead generation, and leading strategic projects for the Plastics market. Must continuously learn about potential clients and new markets while also improving existing relationships.

We are seeking an individual with a BS or MS degree in business, marketing, communications, or a closely related field. Sales or technical experience with industrial lubricants and cleaners preferred. Must be a strong communicator and maintain customer contact via on-site visits, phone, and email. Must be able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a deadline-driven environment. 

Job Functions:

• Meet aggressive sales growth goals while maintaining and improving profitability
• Time management and prioritization
• Account management, customer retention, and pricing
• Lead generation and uncovering new growth opportunities
• Assist customers with technical, application, and product expertise
• Lead in-person customer plant trials
• Use customer feedback to suggest product improvement or new product ideas
• Problem solving – identify gaps, targets, points of cause, direct cause, and countermeasures
• Travel to grow international sales and participate in international and domestic trade shows
