What You'll Do:

Connect with local businesses, homeowners, and contractors to offer disposal & recycling solutions

Generate and follow up on leads—because every item has a second life!

Build long-term client relationships that matter

Represent our brand at local events, trade shows, and community efforts

Educate customers on sustainable waste management and goods recovery

Call and canvas potential customers from our office in Brownstown with soft introductions regarding our company in growth and new areas

Set appointments for Sales Reps in various areas with leads the sales team generates

What You Bring:

A proven passion for sales (experience in waste, recycling, or logistics is a plus!)

Outgoing personality with great communication skills

Self-starter attitude—you see opportunity where others see junk

Reliable transportation and knowledge of the Lancaster County area

Comfortable using CRM systems and basic sales software
