North Group is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to work collaboratively in developing and implementing a thoughtful, mission‑aligned marketing plan that supports our strategic initiatives and achieves results. The Marketing Coordinator will oversee content creation, digital engagement, and brand stewardship. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring high‑quality execution and consistency across all marketing activities, including social media, blogs, podcasts, newsletters, and events, is essential to the role. The Marketing Coordinator will support consultants in sharing meaningful content and advancing our relational approach. Marketing Coordinator Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats, including strong editing skills.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic design or content‑creation software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with consultants and team members.
• Experience managing multiple projects with attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Demonstrated community involvement, desired.
