Detwiler Roofing is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator who is focused on brand development and excels at driving marketing initiatives. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to coordinate campaigns, create compelling content, and execute successful events, including trade shows and recruiting initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring brand consistency across all platforms while actively contributing to the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with the human resources team and other departments to align marketing efforts with company goals. A spirit of continuous improvement, strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.  The Marketing Coordinator will be instrumental in strengthening Detwiler Roofing’s presence in the market and supporting its long-term success.

Marketing Coordinator position qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

1–3 years of experience in marketing, business, or a related industry

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong proficiency with technology, with an aptitude for leveraging digital tools and platforms

Community involvement is strongly preferred
