Agriteer, Inc. is looking for a Human Resources Manager to champion all HR functions, from recruiting and onboarding to training, performance management, and benefits administration.

This hands-on Human Resources Manager role works closely with leadership to advance a strong, mission-driven culture where employees feel supported, engaged, and empowered to grow. The Human Resources Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, helping team members and leaders thrive while shaping processes that strengthen the organization. The ability to promote the interests of Agriteer in a passionate manner consistent with its mission of honoring Jesus Christ as we serve the ag community by providing premium products and expert service is essential to the role. Human Resources Manager position qualifications:
Background in human resources, administration, or related people-focused role, preferred but not required; a passion for learning and growing in HR leadership is essential.
Exposure to or interest in HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, or employee relations, a plus.
Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and tools; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required, experience with HRIS or payroll software, a plus.
Experience collaborating in team settings and contributing to organizational culture, strongly preferred.
Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred
