Denver Wholesale Foods is seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead all human resource functions including employee benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. This role supports company leadership in championing employee engagement and advancing a Christ-centered culture built on integrity, teamwork, and service. The position can be part-time or full-time, with flexible hours designed to meet both employee preferences and company needs. The HR Manager will build strong relationships with employees across both first and second shifts, serving as a trusted presence throughout the organization. Human Resource Manager position qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related degree, or equivalent experience required

A minimum of 5 years of human resources experience, essential

SHRM, HRCI, or continuing education certification, a plus

Demonstrated proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office Suite, required; Previous experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), a plus

Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred
