Job Description:

MAROTTA/MAIN Architects is seeking a creative, detail-oriented full-time Graphic Designer to join our Lancaster studio and support our architectural practice. This role will focus on enhancing MAROTTA/MAIN’s visual identity and online presence, ensuring that all communications reflect our commitment to thoughtful design and rigorous practice.

The Graphic Designer will play a key role in reviewing, recommending, and implementing improvements to the firm's graphics, presentations, and digital platforms. You'll evaluate all aspects of our visual and digital design to create polished, cohesive, and visually engaging materials, both for client-facing deliverables and public visibility. Many of our projects incorporate graphics into the building and interior designs.

Key Responsibilities (for implementation and updating):

· Branding and logo

· Website design

· Marketing brochures

· Marketing proposals and interview materials

· Project meeting deliverables

· Event correspondence

· Project graphics (client branding/graphics)

· Renderings and videos evaluation

· Social media content and updates for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

· Managing project photos, photographers, and project descriptions

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in visual communications, Graphic Design, or other related design profession.

· Preference for a minimum of two years of experience engaged in the duties listed above.

· Must have a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and be adept at learning new programs.

· Must have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Experience designing architectural proposals, knowledge of architectural terminology or the AEC industry, knowledge of web design and CMS platforms is desired but not required.
