Nature & Scope of Position Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position is responsible for designing all content and projects for all departments at Discover Lancaster, including but not limited to Marketing, Sales, and Partnership. The Graphic Designer is responsible for ensuring that all pieces are consistent with the mission, brand standards, and strategic goals of Discover Lancaster. This is an exempt position and may require overtime work. 

Summary of Essential Functions 

• Manages the design and production of all marketing materials for Discover Lancaster, including our annual Getaway Guide, annual report, quarterly partner events materials, advertisements, style guide and logos, signage, and other marketing and sales collateral. Ensure all materials adhere to Discover Lancaster brand standards. 
• Assists with the design and distribution of e-communications to consumers and partners. 
• Assists with research and copywriting for blog content and events calendar on the Discover Lancaster website. 
• Works with Sales and Partnership departments to produce all materials including sales kits, PowerPoint presentations, sales sheets, and trade show booth displays. 
• Maintains online and in-house photo library. 
• Creates digital ads for partner businesses in the Visitors Center. 
• Participates in brainstorming sessions and contributes creative ideas for marketing campaigns and branding initiatives.
