Gochenauer Pet Resort is seeking a General Manager to oversee all daily operations, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for pets, clients, and team members. The General Manager will be responsible for cultivating results for day-to-day operations, streamlining processes and procedures for efficiency, and ensuring a continued commitment to outstanding customer service and exceptional experience for pets, clients, and team members. Additionally, the General Manager will work closely with the company owners to advance strategic initiatives and drive company growth. The ideal candidate is an empathetic leader who loves animals, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at managing people, processes, and performance.

General Manager Position Qualifications:

Passion and love for animals, essential! Previous experience working with animals and understanding of animal care, a plus

3+ years of progressive leadership experience with the ability to develop people and teams

Demonstrated proficiency with technology and the ability to utilize and employ technology for efficiency

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred
