The Facilities Maintenance Technician provides maintenance services for Sight & Sound properties including equipment, vehicles, and all S&S buildings and properties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the overall upkeep and integrity of all Sight & Sound buildings and properties.
• Maintain departmental and facility operating equipment.
• Perform vehicle maintenance, inspections, replacement, and cleaning.
• Partner to create and maintain an orderly, clean, and safe work environment to include all grounds and facility working areas.

Prerequisites: 

• Experience in driving and maintaining equipment and vehicles that are necessary on a large commercial facility
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven problem solver
• Positive attitude with a servant-hearted nature
• Detail oriented
• Valid driver's license

Qualifications:

Education: High school or better

Experience: 1-2 years equipment, vehicle, or facilities maintenance
