Lancaster Clean Water Partners' Director of Programs and Partners is a collaborative and entrepreneurial conservation leader who drives implementation of clean water projects at a watershed scale in Lancaster County.
The Director of Programs and Partners is a collaborative and entrepreneurial conservation leader who drives implementation of clean water projects at a watershed scale in Lancaster County. Serving as a facilitator and project manager, the Director coordinates programs, catchment-based initiatives, and partnerships with municipalities, engineering firms, watershed associations, and others to advance the Common Agenda for clean and clear water.
This role oversees programs such as Action Teams, the Countywide Action Plan (CAP), the Watershed Leadership Academy, stream delisting strategies, and partner engagement metrics. The Director builds and strengthens relationships, fosters innovation, and ensures measurable impact across the network. They serve on the leadership team, supervise a Project Coordinator, and connect program efforts with policy, communications, outreach, and fundraising.
The ideal candidate is a skilled leader and communicator with water quality knowledge, proven project management ability, and experience engaging diverse stakeholders.
