Wall-to-Wall is seeking a hands-on Director of Operations to lead and optimize day-to-day business operations. Director of Operations Position Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience providing successful leadership to a team and developing people
• General business operations experience and financial acumen, desired
• Experience in service-oriented company, trades, or related industry, a plus
• Proficiency with technology (MS Office, especially Excel), required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated community involvement, a plus
