Quality Stone Veneer, Inc. is seeking a Director of Mid-Atlantic Operations to lead and manage the day-to-day operations from preconstruction to project closeout for both residential and commercial projects. This position will work closely with the company owners to ensure operational excellence and drive growth, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. The Director of Mid-Atlantic Operations will be responsible for implementing operational controls, enhancing efficiency, and developing strategies that focus on quality, organization, and overall operational success. As a hands-on leader, the Director of Mid-Atlantic Operations will play a key role in building trusted relationships, mentoring direct reports, and leading the team into the next era of growth and organizational impact. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, strategic leader with the ability to build high-performing teams and serve as a change agent to drive operational success.

Director of Mid-Atlantic Operations Position Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry including project management and operational leadership

Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment and achieve strategic initiatives and results through effective leadership

Proven success in leading teams in a multi-location organization

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
