Lancaster Mennonite School is seeking a mission-driven, detail-oriented Development Project & Event Manager to lead key fundraising initiatives, strategic campaigns, and signature events in alignment with LM’s core values and vision. This cross-functional role supports development, marketing, and admissions through project management, event planning, and social media engagement that inspires and connects the LM community. Ideal candidates will bring strong organizational and communication skills, experience in both project coordination and digital storytelling, a vibrant Christian faith rooted in the Anabaptist tradition, and a passion for Christian education.
