Woerth Motor Co is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator / Service Advisor who is passionate about customer service and excels at managing the overall customer experience. This role requires an individual with strong active listening skills to understand customer needs, ensuring they feel valued and informed throughout the service process. The Customer Service Coordinator / Service Advisor will serve as the primary point of contact, representing the organization with professionalism and maintaining clear, proactive communication to enhance customer satisfaction. In addition to managing the customer experience, the ideal candidate for the Customer Service Coordinator / Service Advisor role will be able to regulate workflow through the service shop, coordinate the daily service schedule, provide accurate job estimates, and order parts as needed to meet service demands. Exceptional planning and organizational capabilities are fundamental for maintaining an efficient and productive operation. This role also involves collaborating closely with team members to develop solutions, address challenges, and consistently exceed customer expectations. A focus on operational improvements, advancing efficiencies, and contributing to the company’s growth is essential.

Customer Service Coordinator / Service Advisor position qualifications:
- Knowledge of the automotive, transportation, heavy equipment or related industry, preferred but not required
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience managing processes and workflow
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated proficiency with technology, required; Aptitude for utilizing and employing technology for efficiency
- Community involvement, strongly preferred
