Melvin Weaver & Sons is seeking a full-time Creative Director to advise and execute the overall creative vision and strategy for all marketing and branding initiatives. The Creative Director is responsible for creating and managing a wide range of visual assets, including print collateral, social media content, product packaging, and logos. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to shape and maintain a consistent, clear, and creative brand identity across all platforms. As a collaborative professional, the Creative Director will work closely with the leadership and sales teams to ensure that all creative output aligns with business objectives. The successful candidate will bring a passion for design, strong organizational skills, and the drive to see projects through from concept to completion.

Creative Director Position Qualifications:

5+ years of professional experience in a creative role

Strong portfolio demonstrating creative strategy, graphic design, and campaign development

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Community involvement is strongly preferred
