Landis Communities is seeking a mission-driven Controller to provide leadership and oversight of financial operations across the organization, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory standards. This Controller position plays a key role in supporting strategic planning, budgeting, and audit processes while collaborating closely with leadership to advance organizational goals. The ideal candidate for Controller will demonstrate strong assessment and supervisory skills, with the ability to lead teams, guide financial decisions, and maintain the financial health of the organization. Controller position qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience; CPA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of proven success in an accounting / finance role
