Kitchen Kettle Village is looking for a Central Receiving Specialist who supports the success of Burnley Enterprises by receiving inventory for 8 stores, accurately entering product into Retail Pro, tagging merchandise, and delivering product to stores.

Intercourse, Pa | $15-$16.50 / hour | Part-time


Closed evenings and Sundays | Flexible schedules

  

The Central Receiving Specialist supports the success of Burnley Enterprises by receiving inventory for 8 stores, accurately entering product into Retail Pro, tagging merchandise, and delivering product to stores. This role also handles transfers to and from off-site locations, assists with annual physical inventories, and oversees part-time associates who help with receiving. Please note that this position is seasonal. Hours are not guaranteed during slow seasons.

What You’ll Do

  • Receive product for 8 stores and verify deliveries against packing lists.
  • Create and update receiving documents in Retail Pro, matching to purchase orders.
  • Note and report any delivery discrepancies or damages to the director.
  • Use the company van to pick up local orders and move product as needed.
  • Print and apply price tags to new product per tagging standards.
  • Deliver product to stores using a golf cart or hand truck.
  • Run reports and manage inventory transfers to and from off-site locations.
  • Train and oversee part-time associates assisting with receiving.
  • Assist with preparation and physical inventory counts for all stores.
  • Help correct inventory discrepancies, update costs/prices, and support e‑commerce.
  • All other related duties as required or assigned.

Weekday daytime hours | Flexible schedule | Must be willing to work holidays and Saturdays as needed.

5-39 hours during busy season (January - September), 0-15 hours during slow season (October - December).
