Lancaster’s Furniture To Go, a family-owned, values-based furniture store located in Manheim Township is seeking a willing, self-motivated, emotionally mature Business Manager who is willing to contribute significantly and strategically to the Team as they provide furniture options for sensible people.

This exciting role requires strong office administration experience, human resources and people development experience, excellent accounting and finance acumen, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, a strong sense of initiative, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Qualified candidates will possess experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, compliance, vendor coordination, and team leadership. This role requires excellent organizational and business management skills, proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office, and 3-5 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, and human resources. Community service involvement and volunteerism with a demonstration and commitment to focus on others is highly preferred.
