Graybill Machines, Inc., Lititz, PA, prolific designers and builders of custom machinery for some of the food industry’s foremost companies, is currently recruiting for an Assembly & Field Service Team Lead.

Candidate will be a working technician while also overseeing 2-3 techs both in the field and in our facility. Candidate will coordinate with project managers and customers to schedule service and keep equipment assembly builds on schedule.

Candidates must be able to wire and program controls using PLC’s, HMI’s, servos, and motion controllers, and be able to assemble, test, install, start-up, and service complex automated food machinery.

This job requires, hands-on mechanical aptitude and good computer skills. Light travel is required.
