Accounting Budget & Reporting Analyst

Position Overview: The Accounting candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting functions, including preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, processing invoices, coordinating the budget process, and performing year-end audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including special reports as needed.
  • Review, process, and approve invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Coordinate the annual budget process and submit to the appropriate agencies.
  • Establish new accounting books for new communities and close and file books upon termination.
  • Prepare financial statements for year-end audits and assist in the audit process.

Skills/Education/Experience:

  • Associate degree or Bachelor degree in business or accounting 
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in an accounting-related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • General ledger experience
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check
