Accounting & Administrative Coordinator

Fluent Business Solutions, a privately owned accounting and professional financial services firm, and LoKal Experiences, a Lancaster guided experiences company, are seeking a highly personable, emotionally mature, and resourceful Accounting & Administrative Coordinator to manage their office administration, accounting and bookkeeping, and customer service functions.

Fluent Business Solutions, a privately owned accounting and professional financial services firm, and LoKal Experiences, a Lancaster guided experiences company, are seeking a highly personable, emotionally mature, and resourceful Accounting & Administrative Coordinator to manage their office administration, accounting and bookkeeping, and customer service functions.

This exciting role requires strong office administration and management experience, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, practiced customer service and relationship development experience, a strong sense of self-motivation, initiative, integrity, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple projects and interruptions with ease. The ability to engage with others genuinely and respectfully, demonstrating heightened levels of care and hospitality is essential.

Responsibilities include:

· Accounting / Bookkeeping Management & Support

· Office Management & Administration

· Assistant to Executives in Charge

· Client Services & Organizational Support

· Team & Company Participation

Qualified candidates will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy with a very strong IT IQ. The willingness to be adaptable, try new processes and procedures, and quickly learn various accounting software programs is key. While experience with bookkeeping, accounting, and QuickBooks is ideal, the Team will train an individual in accounting who possesses foundational levels of financial acumen. Community involvement and volunteerism with a demonstration and commitment to focus on others is highly preferred.

Compensation: Full Time, Monday – Friday, First Shift, with compensated evening and weekends on-call responsibilities, $50,000 - $65,000 annually (paid hourly)

Benefits: Simple IRA retirement plan with 3% employer match, biweekly cell phone stipend, paid time off, and 9 paid holidays annually
