Join us for a dynamic one-day leadership boot camp designed to help supervisors, managers, team leaders, and emerging leaders strengthen the skills needed to build high-performing teams.
Led by leadership expert Jason S. Jones of Workforce Development Pathways, this interactive training focuses on practical strategies you can apply immediately, including effective communication, employee engagement, accountability, motivation, navigating difficult conversations, and leading through change.
Participants will engage in hands-on activities, real-world leadership scenarios, and collaborative discussions while networking with professionals from a variety of industries.
This course may qualify for WEDnetPA funding for eligible Pennsylvania employers.
