Description

This training is designed for employees who are new to supervisory, managerial, or lead roles, or for those already in leadership positions but lack the training necessary to effectively navigate the numerous personnel challenges leaders face. The class is typically scheduled as 6 2-hour sessions - although the schedule can be adjusted if needed - and can accommodate 1-10 people at a time. Discount available for Lancaster Chamber members.
