This session brings together some of Lancaster’s most respected leaders in DEI including: Jinada Rochelle, Selena Coachman, Norman Bristol Colon, and Stacie Blake for a powerful conversation on how diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts are evolving in today’s workplace. Attendees will walk away with practical strategies, tools, and insights to strengthen DEI initiatives within their own organizations. This is a can’t-miss opportunity to learn from the best and connect with others committed to inclusive leadership as a workforce strategy.
