The Junior League of Lancaster is now recruiting women age 21 and older for its Provisional (New Member) Class. This structured onboarding experience introduces prospective members to the League’s mission, community impact work, and leadership development opportunities. Through a combination of orientation sessions, training, and hands-on service, provisional members build practical leadership skills while forming meaningful connections with other women committed to making a difference in Lancaster County. The program is ideal for those looking to grow personally and professionally while contributing to local initiatives focused on food and nutrition accessibility.
