What is the Junior League of Lancater?

MISSION

The Junior League of Lancaster is an organization of women whose mission is to advance women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.

With a legacy of service spanning over a century, the Junior League of Lancaster provides a dynamic platform for driven women to develop leadership skills, drive meaningful community impact, and build lifelong connections. The Junior League of Lancaster equips women with the training, mentorship, and hands-on volunteer experiences needed to develop the tools to lead and connect and to create real, sustainable change.
