What to Expect!

Join us to hear from United Way and learn about Women United, which invests in the betterment of Lancaster County women. Member contributions are invested in programs and initiatives through an annual grant process. Each year the grant focuses on a different area of United Way’s mission as it relates to women; achieve impactful change in the education, economic mobility and health of Lancaster County women.

Meet the Speaker!

Kate Zimmerman is the President and CEO of United Way of Lancaster County PA. Prior to her role with United Way, Kate led Leadership Lancaster, a community leadership development program.

Kate is a member of the Board of Directors for the Lancaster Lebanon Habitat for Humanity, STEM Alliance, and Partnership for Public Health. She is on the Steering Committees for the Homelessness Coalition and Coalition for Sustainable Housing.

Kate has a degree in Political Science, holds a certificate in fundraising from the Indiana School of Philanthropy, is a certified board governance consultant, and is a graduate of Leadership Lancaster.

Kate lives in Manheim Township with her family.
