Meet the Panel!
Dara Bachman, JD LL.M CFP, President for Fulton Private Bank
In her role as President, Dara leads Fulton Private Bank’s efforts to meet the evolving needs of High-Wage Earning and High-Net-Worth Clients. Dara joined Fulton Private Bank from a private multi-family office where she proactively crafted and executed plans to help families across the country steward, preserve and transfer the wealth they worked so hard to create. She is skilled in the art of navigating personal conversations around wealth, including among generations, and understands the nuances of multigenerational wealth.
Dara practiced law for nearly a decade, initially in a national law firm, based in Philadelphia, and then in a mid-sized regional law firm, based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. During her time as a practicing attorney, Dara's practice and passion were helping closely-held business owners develop and implement succession plans and personal estate plans while minimizing taxes. Early in her legal career, Dara earned her Masters of Laws in Taxation (LL.M) from Villanova University School of Law and more recently earned her Certified Financial Planner® Certification.
Dara is active in her community and has served as a director of a variety of non-profit boards, including in executive leadership positions. Presently, she serves as Trustee on the Board of Trustees of the Chesapeake Bay Foundation and as a Director on the Board of Directors of Hospice & Community Care.

She is a recipient of both the Lancaster C&I Council Rich Heslin Memorial Scholarship and the William Patterson, CCIM Scholarship by PA/NJ/DE CCIM Chapter.
Prior to joining the Sales & Leasing Team, she began her career at High Hotels Ltd. in 2016 where she worked as Director of Sales & Marketing. She was responsible for generating top line revenue while monitoring progress against established goals across the Lancaster portfolio. Prior to coming to High, Bree served within the Resource Development team for United Way of Lancaster County, where she focused on building relationships, donor engagement, and volunteer management within the Lancaster County for-profit and non-profit community. Bree attended Millersville University where she earned her bachelor's degree in Social Work.
Alyssa Kurtz-Price, Owner of Miss Lyss Planning
From a young age, Alyssa Kurtz-Price dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur—but like many, she followed the traditional path after college and landed a steady corporate job. She built a successful career in commercial construction and real estate development, gaining invaluable experience in strategy, communication, and relationship-building. The work was fast-paced, full of opportunity, and offered a sense of stability.
Still, the entrepreneurial spark never faded. In 2024, after years of side-hustling and soul-searching, she made the leap and left the corporate world to lead her wedding planning business, Miss Lyss Planning, full-time. Now, she's able to pour her heart and soul into weddings and corporate events, fulfilling her lifelong dream of building a business rooted in creativity, connection, and meaningful celebration. Shifting careers wasn’t the easy choice—but it was the most aligned and rewarding decision she's ever made.
Kali Karomfily, Relationship Manager for EDC Finance Corporation
