Rachel Bitner, President and CEO Elect, Ephrata National Bank

Rachel Bitner is the President and CEO Elect at Ephrata National Bank and ENB Financial Corp and will be the President and CEO effective January 1, 2027. Previously, she had been the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Ephrata National Bank and the Treasurer of ENB Financial Corp since August 2021 and she held the position of Senior Vice President, Controller, from June 2020 to August 2021 and prior to that served as VP, Controller for eleven years beginning in June 2009. Rachel worked at two other community banks prior to ENB and has over 27 years of experience in the field. In the community, Rachel serves on several non-profit boards and is the Group 5 Vice President for the PA Banker’s Association. Rachel graduated summa cum laude from Messiah College with a B.A. in Mathematics. She lives in Ephrata, PA and enjoys running, playing volleyball, and spending time with her family, including her husband, Jim, daughter, Emma, and son, Malachi.
Kelly Gomez, Director of Finance/HR, TFB Hospitality

Kelly Gomez is a finance and human resources leader with extensive experience in financial management, bookkeeping, and organizational operations. As Director of Finance & Human Resources at TFB Hospitality, she oversees key financial and HR functions across multiple divisions, with a focus on building strong systems, supporting teams, and creating processes that help organizations operate more effectively. Kelly is also the owner of Bright Side Bookkeeping, where she helps small business owners better understand their finances, maintain accurate records, and build sustainable financial practices using QuickBooks Online. She brings a practical, people-focused approach to leadership and enjoys helping both businesses and individuals grow with greater confidence and clarity.
