What is Lunch with Leaders?

Learn how to navigate your own career goals and interests through the advice and expertise of experienced professionals in Lancaster County. Lunch with Leaders creates the space to engage in conversations with six different local community leaders, rotating from one table of young professionals to another over lunch. Make critical connections, ask burning questions, and discover valuable lessons learned over the course of their careers. It’s basically speed mentoring!

Meet the Leaders!

Jennifer Morris - Owner and Strategic Planning Principal of Sparrow PMP LLC, a woman-owned small business that provides project and program management solutions to federal agencies and government-adjacent organizations. With extensive experience leading initiatives across the Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, and other federal entities, she brings a disciplined approach to strategic planning and risk management while championing sustainable growth that balances professional ambition with personal well-being. 

Christina Leslie - Christina has been with Eurofins for 25 years and currently leads Corporate Sustainability initiatives across the global network, focusing on regional carbon footprint reduction in partnership with U.S. business leaders. She also oversees multiple departments at the Lancaster, PA site, including Facilities, Design & Construction, Glassware, and the Project Management Office. Beyond Eurofins, Christina is deeply involved in the Lancaster community, serving on several boards and committees, and enjoys biking, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her wife, Doreen, and their dog, Henry. 

Josh Funk - President & CEO of TFB Hospitality and a graduate of Penn State’s Hotel, Restaurant, & Institutional Management program. He brings vision, strategy, and extensive industry experience, including nine years leading operations at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., where he oversaw $10 million in revenues and a large management and union staff. This background has shaped his ability to grow TFB Hospitality into a forward-thinking company that thrives across locations and concepts.
