Learn how to navigate your own career goals and interests through the advice and expertise of experienced professionals in Lancaster County. Lunch with Leaders creates the space to engage in conversations with different local community leaders, rotating from one table of young professionals to another over lunch. Make critical connections, ask burning questions, and discover valuable lessons learned over the course of their careers. It’s basically speed mentoring!

Meet the Leaders!


Willonda McCloud, President & CEO, Brightside Opportunity Center

Willonda McCloud is the President and CEO of Bright Side Opportunities Center, leading with a strong commitment to community empowerment, equity, and access to opportunity. With over 20 years of leadership experience across both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, she has driven impactful initiatives in youth development, workforce readiness, and food security. Willonda is known for building strategic partnerships that expand resources and services for underserved populations. A passionate advocate for women in leadership, she prioritizes mentorship and the cultivation of future leaders. Her work continues to strengthen community systems and create pathways for long-term success. She is also the recipient of the Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce’s 2025 ATHENA Award.


Shannon Stump, VP Relationship Strategist, PNC

Shannon is a Vice President of Relationship Strategist who leads a team dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve peace of mind through thoughtful financial planning. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 12 years with PNC Bank, she brings deep expertise and a client-focused approach to every relationship. Shannon is passionate about understanding each client’s unique goals through a dynamic discovery process and serving as a trusted advisor in achieving them.

Beyond her professional work, Shannon is actively involved in her community through volunteer work, board service, and leading workshops. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Marriage, Family & Couples Counseling from Lancaster Bible College and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Penn State University.



Dakota Ridinger, Director of Catering, TFB Hospitality

Dakota Ridinger is the Director of Sales & Marketing for TFB Hospitality, where she leads growth and client engagement efforts across the brand. A wife and mom of two young daughters, she brings both drive and heart to her work as a working mom. Passionate about hospitality and deeply rooted in the Lancaster community, Dakota is committed to creating meaningful connections and memorable experiences.
