Penn Ketchum, Managing Partner, Penn Cinema Management Co., LLC
Penn was a longtime Lancaster County employee who followed his dream of owning his own business. Given his passion for going to the movies, building a movie theater was a very natural step in that direction. Penn built Penn Cinema in Lititz, opening as a 10-plex in 2006. By 2008 he added four screens, in 2010 he and his partners added the county's only IMAX screen and would go on to open another 15-plex in Wilmington, DE and a 7-plex in Huntingdon Valley, PA. Penn Cinema in Lititz is the State's highest grossing independent theater regularly competing with, for example, the Regal at King of Prussia or the AMC 24-plex in Neshaminy, PA. Penn is the recipient of the Lancaster Chamber's 2018 Small Businessperson of the Year Award.
He lives in Lititz with his wife. They have a daughter studying early childhood education at Millersville University and a daughter who graduated from University of Delaware and now lives in Philly.
Dr. Robin Felty, Superintendent, Manheim Township School District
Dr. Robin Felty currently serves as Superintendent of the Manheim Township School District. She was appointed the position in July 2016. During her overall educational career, Dr. Felty has held administrative positions at the building, program, and district levels. She was also a teacher at the secondary and elementary levels in several school districts across the Commonwealth. Dr. Felty strives to be an advocate for students, working to instill an educational environment where all students, staff and families feel a sense of belonging.
Kyonna Bowman, Executive Director, The Mix
Kyonna Bowman, an advocate for youth and families, holds the role of Executive Director at The Mix, a youth development center in Lancaster City. She lives in Lancaster with her husband, Kenny, and has two sons, Diante and Kenyon. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in psychology at Lancaster Bible College, Kyonna is equally devoted to her ministry at Journey Church in Strasburg, PA. She firmly believes in elevating others while on one's own ascent. In her capacity as the Executive Director at The Mix, Kyonna diligently creates opportunities for the youth in our community, assisting individuals in overcoming life's challenges and barriers. Her core values encompass faith, family, purpose, and perseverance, and she aspires to be remembered for her legacy of guiding and caring for others.
Lance Greene, Senior Counsel, Saxton & Stump
Lance D. Greene, Esq. focuses his practice on counseling and representing businesses and individuals facing civil www.saxtonstump.com and criminal investigations. He also handles a range of commercial litigation matters and represents physicians and hospitals on healthcare litigation matters. Lance is a former assistant district attorney (ADA) in the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office, where he served as a supervisor and lead prosecutor in the Juvenile Court Division. In addition to his duties handling cases involving juveniles, he has successfully tried a wide range of adult matters through jury trials, bench trial and suppression hearings. As a former ADA, Lance has a developed respect in the community for his work resolving cases in a fair and compassionate way to put youth on a path for future success.
Lance is an active member of the Lancaster community and has served in many leadership roles. He is currently Vice Chair for the Lancaster Bar Association’s Diversity Committee whose role is to strengthen and expand the LBA’s commitment to diversity and inclusion within the Lancaster legal community. Lance also serves on the Board of Directors for Assets of Lancaster Prior to his work as a prosecutor, Lance served as the Chief Deputy Clerk of Circuit Court in Roanoke, VA, supervising the departmental functions, including employees across Civil, Criminal, Probate and Land Records Divisions and acting as a liaison between the court and the Supreme Court of Virginia.
While earning his J.D. from Suffolk School of Law in Massachusetts, Lance was a Massachusetts Rule 3:03 Certified Student Prosecutor and able to participate in criminal prosecutions in Roxbury District Court. Additionally, he completed a summer internship at the United States Attorney’s Office assisting with legal investigations, research and drafting responses. He also compiled jury instructions for cases under the Federal false, fictitious and fraudulent claims statute. He also was a NAACP Kellogg’s Summer Law Fellow, one of six chosen from a national search, where he conducted legal research for an amicus brief submitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, among other legal research and advocacy projects on environmental justice, education and other civil rights issues.
