What is Lunch with Leaders?
Learn how to navigate your own career goals and interests through the advice and expertise of experienced professionals in Lancaster County. Lunch with Leaders creates the space to engage in conversations with six different local community leaders, rotating from one table of young professionals to another over lunch. Make critical connections, ask burning questions, and discover valuable lessons learned over the course of their careers. It’s basically speed mentoring!

Sarah Kemble, Program Director, Leadership Lancaster
Sarah Kemble is the Program Director for Leadership Lancaster and has over 10 years of experience in learning, organizational and leadership development. She holds her SHRM-SCP certification and loves helping people and teams work better together to reach results - and have some fun doing it.
Genise Wade, Chief Human Resources Officer, The Wenger Group
Genise is an accomplished business and Human Resources leader with experience across Fortune 50 companies and family-owned businesses. She currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at The Wenger Group and previously held senior roles at Ultra Electronics and Turkey Hill Dairy, where she led strategic human capital planning, culture initiatives, and operational effectiveness. Recognized with the Athena Award and the Top Women in Grocery Award, Genise is actively involved in various community organizations and holds multiple professional certifications, including SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Lean.
Park Wiker, Coach & Consultant, Wiker Industries
Park Wiker has owned two successful tech businesses working with customers that ranged from local small companies to multi-national corporations. He then spent 10 years in the corporate world overseeing technical operations for a global company. Now, he provides coaching and consulting with a focus on leadership and team development. One of his current projects is working on a new business in Kenya that converts plastic trash to industrial fuels.
