The 2025 Red Rose Film Festival kicks off with our official Welcome Party at Zoetropolis Cinema Stillhouse on Thursday, November 6, from 5–9 PM (drop in when you can!). Hosted by our great friends at Zoetropolis, this evening sets the tone for a weekend of film, conversation, and community. 

Filmmakers from across the globe and right here in Lancaster are invited to gather, connect, and share stories in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Guests will enjoy food and drink throughout the evening, with beverages available for purchase (21+ to drink). The night is designed to encourage mingling and networking—an opportunity to meet fellow creators, industry professionals, and the community members who make the festival possible. 

A special highlight of the evening will be a presentation by Ingoma Films, showcasing their latest work Adamstown. This exclusive local film adds depth to the celebration, underscoring the festival’s commitment to elevating diverse voices and local talent.
