What to Expect!

Curious how everyday women are making a big impact in Lancaster County? Join us for an inspiring, interactive session hosted by Lancaster County Women for Good, a local giving circle where women pool their resources to support local nonprofits. You'll learn how giving circles work, discover the incredible nonprofits that have received grants, and explore how women in business are uniquely positioned to fuel grassroots philanthropy.

Attendees will also get to experience a "mini" version of LCWG’s signature Gather & Grant event! Each table will learn about local nonprofits and get firsthand insight into how collective giving creates connection, sparks generosity, and makes a difference right here in Lancaster County.

Meet the Speakers!

Anna Horst, Chair of the Board & Communications

Anna is passionate about using connection and creativity to fuel community change through women-led, grassroots philanthropy. As Chair and Communications lead, she champions LCWG’s mission through storytelling and engagement. By day, she’s the Founder & Creative Director at Luxart, where she helps brands grow with heart.

Susan Klapkin, Vice Chair & Treasurer

Susan brings a sharp eye for strategy and financial stewardship to her dual role as Vice Chair and Treasurer. She’s committed to making philanthropy accessible and approachable for every woman in Lancaster. Susan works as a Strategic Sourcing Manager at W. L. Gore & Associates.

Victoria Shadle Williams, Nonprofit Liaison

Victoria bridges the gap between LCWG and the incredible nonprofits it supports, serving as a key connector in her role as Nonprofit Liaison. She’s passionate about driving resources to grassroots organizations and advocating for local impact. Victoria also serves as Director of Development at Start Small Think Big.

Sierra Shaub, Event Committee Chair

Sierra brings her creative flair and passion for connection to every LCWG gathering. As Event Committee Chair, she curates meaningful, fun experiences that bring members together. She also works as an Event Designer at Shumaker PDT.

Emily Goodling, Member Engagement Chair

Emily is focused on fostering a welcoming, engaging environment where every member feels seen and valued. As Member Engagement Chair, she leads efforts to build relationships and deepen involvement within LCWG. Emily works as Sales Manager at the Eden Resort.
