Meet the Speakers!

Angela Hendrix

Angela is a seasoned and dedicated training and development professional with a proven track record of driving organizational success. With over a decade of experience in the commercial construction industry, I've had the privilege of working with diverse teams to develop and implement innovative training and workforce development programs.

As the Director of Training & Development at Benchmark Construction Company, I focus on enhancing our teams’ skills and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Prior to this role, I held senior leadership positions at the General Building Contractors Association (GBCA), where I spearheaded initiatives to address workforce challenges, collaboration, and promote industry best practices.

Things I love: empowering individuals to reach their full potential, helping organizations and teams win and push the envelope on performance, my husband and two boys, a great espresso martini, Philadelphia sports, and European travel!

Elise Fasnacht

Elise has been with HVAC Distributors in various marketing-related roles for 14 years. As Marketing Manager, her focus is providing valuable marketing services to HVAC customers, managing impactful product promotions, public relations initiatives, and industry events. HVAC Distributors, Inc. is a full-service wholesale distributor and manufacturers representative of residential and light commercial heating and air-conditioning equipment and accessories. We serve the residential new construction, residential replacement and light commercial segments of the HVAC industry in Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, Delaware and Virginia.
