What to Expect!

Join us in an interactive exploration where we discover how fierce self-compassion, inspired by visionary leader Kristin Neff, can help us set healthy boundaries, make positive changes in our lives, and speak out against injustice.  Together, we will delve into the elements of mindful self-compassion and the barriers that hinder us from claiming our power and thriving as leaders. This session is designed to provide ample opportunities to practice self-compassion, create a space for meaningful conversation, and foster deeper awareness.

Meet the Speaker!

Melissa Jeanes, Founder, Melissa Jeanes LLC

Melissa is an experienced personal and organizational development coach whose strength-based approach supports individuals and teams in maximizing their potential. Leading with curiosity and compassion, Melissa helps her clients embrace the complex issues they face and serves as a guide to help them take radical responsibility for their lives. She brings over two decades of non-profit and business experience, holds a degree in Organizational Leadership from Penn State University, and is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach. 

She believes that all good things start with a simple conversation, values connection with family and friends, and spending time in nature. Melissa lives in Lititz, Pennsylvania, with her husband of 23 years, four children, and two dogs.
