What to Expect!

Join us for our final WIB event of 2024 at the Lancaster Country Club for an elegant evening of networking, inspiration, and giving back! This festive event will allow you to connect, share insights, and celebrate the season in style. In addition to fostering valuable connections, you are encouraged to bring donations of personal hygiene products (examples: tampons/pads, body lotion, body wash, hair care products, etc.) benefiting the Lancaster YWCA. Come ready to build relationships, support our community, and make this holiday season more comfortable for others.

What is WIB Connect?

Make new connections and strengthen existing ones with women in our Women in Business community! WIB Connect creates the perfect opportunity to try something new and build relationships at a distinctive Lancaster location.

Expand Your Giving! 

YWCA is expanding their Kepler Hall Residence to create room for 20 more low-income community members. When folks arrive, they are given a welcome packet that includes bedding, towels, and personal hygiene items. Often folks they work with are coming from homelessness and do not have these items we would consider basic. Think of the smile, or the deep exhale that would happen knowing they have a safe, secure, warm, and welcoming place to rest their heads and rebuild their lives.
