Pennsylvania is emerging as a national leader in energy, which creates unparalleled opportunities for economic growth. Pennsylvania is the second-largest net energy supplier in the country, after Texas, with significant outputs from natural gas, nuclear, and ethanol. Locally, renewable energy accounts for 94% of Lancaster County's total energy production, giving the county a ranking of 1st in the state for total megawatt hours from renewable fuels. Understanding the scope and impact of energy policy is critically important as we seek to strengthen the industry and ensure sustainability in the future.

Join us to learn more about the electric grid, emissions-free energy, and the future of energy infrastructure. You'll walk away with valuable insights into the local energy industry and what resources/funding are available for businesses. There will be time for Q&A.

Speakers:

  • Senator Ryan Aument, Senate Environmental Resources & Energy Committee
  • David Althoff, Director of Energy Programs Office, DEP
  • Adam Walters, Senior Energy Advisor, DCED
  • Allison Diller, Senior Business Development Manager, Constellation
