What is the Small Business Series?

We're glad you asked! The Lancaster Chamber launched the new Small Business Series in 2021! We have hosted sessions focused on equipping small businesses with the resources they need to succeed.  While this is called the Small Business Series it's not just for small businesses. We encourage anyone to participate, no matter the size of your business. 

What to expect:

This AI talk focuses on "Leveraging Language Models for Small Business Success." In this interactive session, we will start with the basics of what a large language model is and demonstrate some practical applications live.

About the speaker:

Joella Gamon is a SCORE-certified mentor, marketer, and AI enthusiast whose passion is helping small companies find their voice and grow. She brings more than 20 years of experience leading marketing, product, strategy, and business development efforts in environments spanning start up to publicly traded global companies.

Most recently, she founded The Big Pixie, a boutique consulting firm that leverages AI tools to simplify small business marketing and processes. She holds an MBA from Penn State and enjoys running, traveling, and meeting new people. Joella lives in Lancaster with her husband and rescue cats.
