Join the Lancaster Chamber for this Regional Meeting as we explore the key workforce trends shaping our county today and what they may mean for employers in the years ahead. Through a data-driven discussion, attendees will gain insight into labor force participation, population and demographic trends, talent attraction and retention, and other factors influencing Lancaster County's workforce pipeline.
Featured speakers will also provide an overview of Workforce 2030, a collaborative initiative focused on strengthening Lancaster County's workforce and preparing the community for future economic growth. Parking is on street or you can park at Lititz Springs Park. There are also a small number of spots delegated to Lititz Springs Inn at the lot behind the Inn (on Juniper Ln) - however, only park in those designated spaces. Do not park in private tenant spots.
