What is Next Level Leadership?

Next Level Leadership is BRAND NEW for 2023! We are excited to bring you this professional development summit full of networking, learning, and tangible takeaways to better develop your team. This event will elevate the journeys of local leaders while inspiring current and future changemakers. Attendees will walk away inspired to ignite change in their organizations and propel future leaders onto their own paths. This conference is focused on leadership skills, networking, learning opportunities for teams, and finishing with a keynote speaker. The audience is manager or teams focused. We encourage you to bring your team!

This year’s theme is all about cultivating your team. You can’t do it alone, so building the right team is critical to success. A good leader knows the strengths/capabilities of their team members and encourages them to expand on them. Hear from 5 speakers, a panel, and a keynote on how they developed their team. This event will serve as a powerful catalyst to align leaders, develop goals, introduce new strategies, and fuel collaboration.
